Girls today are growing increasingly more lonely. They are spending more time “connecting” online and less time connection in person and in real time. Girls are feeling isolated and they are missing out on a key part of life: connecting and collaborating with others! It is through social interactions girls can learn they are better and stronger together. Let’s teach them how to get involved and be connected!

Description

Stronger Together is part of the Bold New Girls Summer Collective. This program is digital and includes an accompanying video for the encouragement you need!

Girls can easily choose to stay at home alone and “connect” on their devices. Yet, when they learn to connect in person and in real time, when they practice their social skills, and interact with others, they come to understand that collaborating – sharing ideas, discussing important topics, and helping each other – feels so much better. Girls cooperating and collaborating together can be a powerful initiative in preventing mental health concerns, boosting each other’s confidence, steering clear of comparing and competing, offering empathy and understanding, and, ultimately working together to make a difference in this world.
