“Stressed out” is how many girls are feeling today. The world is crazy, busy, and uncertain. Not all stress is bad. Stress can bring energy and focus. Yet, too much stress is harmful. Girls can learn what stresses them out, how to deal with stress, and how to feel strong and empowered!

In the Stressed Out Course, she will learn:

  • What stress and anxiety means
  • Reasons for stress and anxiety
  • Why stress and anxiety management matters
  • What the research tells us about stress and anxiety
  • What gets in the way of stress and anxiety management and building healthy and helpful tools
  • How to be aware of stress, stress triggers, and coping tools for stress
  • How to find the stress strategies that work for you
  • Some quick tools for stress

Course Includes:

  • 1:1 lesson (60 minutes) with Power Point
  • Time for reflection, discussion, and Q & A
  • An activity/craft
  • Colourful handout(s) of key points and tools to try

  • Courses are delivered either in person or via Zoom video conferencing (recorded)
  • Courses can be customized to meet girls (and their parents’) needs
  • Courses can be one-on-one or group (price to be adjusted based on numbers)
