Description

Cultivating Self-Connection is part of the Bold New Girls Summer Collective. This program is digital and includes an accompanying video for the encouragement you need!

The most important relationship a growing girl can have is the one she cultivates with herself. So often, girls make friends and form relationships to fit in and belong but they really don’t have a strong and healthy connection with themselves. It’s essential that girls get to know themselves by taking the time to be with themselves – to think, to feel, to dream, and to be – and taking the time to discover what they like, what they don’t like, their favourite and least favourite things, what they are scared to try or worried about, what they really, really want! They also need to learn how to treat themselves with kindness, care, and self-compassion!

In the Cultivating Self-Connection Program, she will learn:

  • What self-connection means
  • What research says about girls today
  • Why connection with herself matters so much
  • What gets in the way of self-connection
  • How to get started connecting with herself
  • Tips and tools for connecting and the continuous practice of self-connection
  • Some quick connection tools (especially in difficult moments or on bad days)

Program includes:

  • Digital PDF of the Cultivating Self-Connection Program that includes colourful handouts of key points, reflection questions, and cut-out affirmation cards
