Girls today have a lot on their minds and they need to know how to think – in healthy, positive, and proactive ways! If you want your growing girl to know how to be in charge of her thought life, this course is a must-take!

Description

Girls can have black and white thinking, focus only on the negative, or worry about a future that hasn’t yet happened. They can also ruminate about the past – what they said or did, mistakes made, failures and flops – as much as they can obsess over their social media feeds, popularity, how other girls see them, and those “what if’s” or “oh no’s”. These thoughts can lead to high levels of stress and anxiety and make girls feel as though they are unraveling or spinning out of control.

What if I told you that growing girls today can learn how to be in charge of their thoughts? What if I told you that they can choose one healthy thought at a time and that by doing this, they can shape the reality they want and feel much more calm and balanced? What if girls could do the thought work necessary to feel calm and in charge?

I believe that when girls become more aware of their thoughts, choose positive thinking over negative thinking, and focus what they know to be true for sure, not what could be or what might be, they will be much more happy, healthy, and balanced.
