Description

We want our girls to feel happy, healthy, and whole. Yet, there is so much emphasis on what girls look like and so much pressure to look a certain way and be a specific kind of beautiful! Yes, her appearance does matter – it’s important for girls to learn to love and care for their bodies. Yet, it’s also important for girls to know they are WHOLE HUMANS. This means, their appearance or their physical selves is only one part of their whole selves and by no way the most important part (as society tells them). Girls are a beautiful blend of their physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual selves.

Her whole self matters to me and that is exactly why I created the Whole Girl Theory – a way of supporting girls and helping them to grow – through the lens of wholeness, health, and well-being. When we allow girls to be their whole selves, they become more authentic. When we nurture their many selves, they grow and transform in many ways. When we accept and love their many parts, they know they can be balanced and that they are loved unconditionally.

This Whole Girl Theory then became an e-book that is divided into 3 parts:

Her Whole Self: How She’s Growing in Every Way (how you can support her physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual growth)

Her Whole Self: How She’s Growing in Her Skills, Interests, and Her Potential and Possibility (how you can nurture and encourage her development)

Her Whole Self: Her Growth Spurts and Growing Pains (how you can help her through tough stuff as she grows)

The Whole Girl Theory e-book is a 30+ page colourful resource for anyone wanting to support girls to be their whole selves!
